Highnam Tae Kwon-Do
Tae Kwon-Do is a modern martial art that offers a great deal of opportunities. The sport will improve your strength, flexibility, co-ordination, stamina, agility and confidence.
Highnam School of Tae Kwon-Do has been established for over four years under the instruction of Mr Matthew Underwood and Mr Paul Riley. The club has a mixed range of grades and abilities, comprising of men, women and children. Mr Adam Underwood (2nd Degree) and Miss Sam Cook (1st Degree) provide valuable assistance to enable every student to teach their full potential.
Classes take place in the Gambier Parry Hall, Tuesday 6pm - 7pm and Sunday 6pm - 8pm. Men, women and children 8 years and above are welcome.
