Parish Plan 2007-2017

Those of you who were involved in the Parish Plan, when local people helped to bring together their vision for Highnam until 2017, are aware that the Plan was based on the results of a comprehensive survey of all residents, carried out in 2006. To view the full report please click here.

You may also recall that a key part of the final outcome was the Action Plan to help achieve the objectives. Following the launch of the Plan in 2007 a number of Action Groups were set up to take the various sections of the plan forward. These groups identified a total of 34 separate objectives which were all based on the results of the survey.

In 2010 it was considered an appropriate time to refresh the process, to include any new objectives and to re-examine the priorities. To see the  new report please click here.
