Pilates

 
Pilates Classes for all ages on Thursday evenings 5.00pm - 6.00pm and 6.15pm - 7.15pm.  
Free taster session if you haven't done Pilates before 
 
Pilates is a form of exercise that re-educates your body to move correctly, targeting the deeper stabilising muscles to give improved posture, a healthy back and a better shape.  The exercises are slow and controlled, using correct breathing techniques and body alignment.  The quality of the movement is more important than the amount of repetitions.
 
Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels for women and for men as it can be tailored to suit your own fitness level and requirements.  It is particularly beneficial for those with back pain, poor posture and sports injuries.
