This is a Neighbourhood Watch Message

There is an increase in shed and garage burglaries in the present climate.

Thieves are able to access these building with surprising ease and when suspected stolen property is examined a large amount of it is not property marked.

Please ask members to ensure.

1)         All property is marked with smart water or U.V. pen.

2)         All sheds, garages and outbuildings have good locks and preferably an alarm.

3)         All smaller items like tools are kept in the house for the moment and marked.

4)         All bikes are marked.

5)         A comprehensive list of items is kept with serial numbers and a record of location of marking.
